I am a wife, mother, and lover of empowering women to give birth on their terms. After the birth of my daughter in 2019, I realized that I had a passion for loving on birthing women, babies, and growing families. I became a certified childbirth educator, doula, and lactation counselor to pursue that passion, and be a part of changing the birth narrative. ​I absolutely love meeting families in the sacred space of bringing new life, and supporting them through their amazing birth.

my philosophy

I believe that birth is truly a miracle. Each family holds and deserves the right to make informed decisions about their care, their birth plan, and their wishes for their new baby. Through education and connection, I work with you to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for the work of birth and the transition to postpartum. From a medicated birth in the hospital to a birth pool in your living room, my support is unbiased and professional. Your birth is about you, and my goal is to walk away knowing that I supported you unconditionally through one of the most intimate experiences in your family's life.
